  1. We have just had experience of nearly being duped into buying 20 of the books. Fortunately, after receiving a copy of the booklet the alarm bells rung because nowhere on it does it say it has been approved to go in any school by any authority. We have told the person at Tailor Christian & Co. that we have signed nothing to agree to having these books and she has turned nasty and threatened to put us in court!

  2. We too have had the same company phone us and try to get money out of us that we had not agreed to pay. We as a company do help several charities and when the girl mentioned thanking us for helping their charity I just thought it was one of the ones we do help. They have persisted in calling several times. I really hope no one falls for this scam and sends any money.

  3. We have had the company phone us and the address they gave us is 214 Chester Road, Chester. When the girl, called Jackie, was asked the post code she said “she did not know it”. Checking the Post Office web site the address could not be found. We were also told they had a recording to us agreeing sponsor the books.
